Tightweb Communication's Hosting Maintenance
Schedules and Procedures
Tightweb Communications maintains seperate servers for ftp, hosting and email services. In addition, Tightweb maintains off-site servers as backup to local unexpected failure. Company servers are located in the US Midwest, West Coast and East Coast. Off-site and production servers are also located in Canada, The far east and Europe.

Generally Server Maintenance is planned for one hour each month between the hours of 2:00 to 3:00am, Central Time US. Unless down-time is anticipated, no entry is listed below. Dedicated server maintenance is scheduled with the individual domain owners.

Current Systems Issues, Outages or Failures
Mar 10, 2010 (07:50am Central Time). Currently there are no system issues. On July 18th through the 20th, Tightweb will be upgrading its name and mail servers throughout its network. While this should not impact any users - it may may result in a slow down of some domain access.

Over the Past 12 Months we have experienced generally 99.9988% Uptime across our various platforms!
